This four-day compact workshop is divided into two parts of two days each, which build upon each other but can also be visited independently.
Meditation is one of the pillars of spiritual work and the prerequisite for higher knowledge, self-knowledge and spiritual progress. It also helps us achieve physical relaxation and inner peace, it can give wings to our spirits and inspire us to higher aspirations, and it has many more positive effects on body and mind.
This workshop is suitable for BOTH beginners and advanced students to explore the deeper levels of meditation. Among other things, we will deepen the meditative abilities with the help of hypnosis, based on a concept of Israel Regardie, and take them to the next level.
It seems to me that hypnotic suggestion in the hands of a reliable teacher trained in meditation could be enormously valuable. It does not eliminate the need for discipline and prolonged practice. Not by any means. But it may make the achievement of discipline and practice easier for some types of students. There is no reason why, if the student is found to be suggestible, the meditation teacher should not arrange several hypnotic sessions in which some basic notions are laid down. (Israel Regardie)
